The bread that we make will probably be the freshest bread you will ever taste (unless you live on a farm). Each day we grind the wheat ourselves, using it within 72 hours to ensure freshness.

The Whole Grain- Health Benefits
Much of the bread that you will find at the store is made using white flour, which is wheat grains that have been refined and stripped of the germ and the bran during the milling process. The bran is the outer protective shell and is an important source of fiber, minerals and vitamin B. The wheat germ contains many key nutrients including Vitamin E, Vitamin B and protein.
By milling our own grain and using the whole grain we are able to take advantage of all the nutritional value that bread was meant to have!
